Do You Allow For Net 30 Payment For Online Orders?  
First time on-line customers are required to pay via credit card. Once approved, all orders may be made via the Net 30 option - simply select "Terms" under the payment method portion of checkout.

How do I use the easy order feature?
Easy order allows you add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in the EAST COAST PACKAGING LLC model numbers from your catalog. Click "Go" and the product will be added to our shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount.

Returning Merchandise How do I return merchandise? Call EAST COAST PACKAGING LLC to receive an authorization number and return slip. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from EAST COAST PACKAGING LLC cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted. Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges.

Inside Delivery Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments.
